Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

Postage and Delivery: Delivery is free to the UK. At the moment we post only to the UK and due to the coronavirus outbreak we are posting once a week on a Wednesday. International orders will be available soon.

Order are usually dispatched within 3-5 working days of cleared payment, though please allow longer at busy times of the year, our working days are Monday to Friday not incl Bank Holidays. We do not post on a Saturday. Non Delivery: In the rare event that your package does not arrive, please let us know and we will look into it with the service provider.

We post out via Royal Mail. If no one is at home when the post man comes to deliver your item (it may not be your usual one as sometimes larger items are sent out separately) they should leave you a card. Sadly this does not always happen. If your item has not arrived after 2-3 working days or our dispatch email then please contact your local sorting office (not post office) as 9 times out of 10 your parcel will be sat there waiting to be collected. If your item is not there, please email us, we can then put in a claim with Royal Mail and either issue a refund or replacement.

Please note: Royal Mail does not consider items to be lost until after 15 days have passed, it is only after that we can put in a claim for a lost item.

Damaged Items: If your item arrives with damaged packaging and it requires signing for, please make sure that you sign it “not inspected”. If the item inside is also damaged please email us photos of both the damaged package and item to culverstonewitch@hotmail.com refunded and we will submit a claim to the relevant delivery service for the damage. We may ask that the item is returned at our cost to aid our claim.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns: Please notify us within 7 days of your item arriving If you wish to return it. please email us on at culverstonewitch@hotmail.com with the following information: Name, Address, item(s) to be returned and reason for return and whether you wish to have a replacement or a refund. We will reply with a return authorisation number. Please do not return an item without this authorisation as it may not be accepted. Returns should be sent to: The Culverstone Witch, 10 Collis Street, Rochester, Kent, ME2 3BE. Please note that this is a postal address only. We do not have a shop or anywhere to collect goods from.

Please Note: For hygiene and health reasons we cannot accept earrings, oils and herbs for return. We also cannot accept personalised orders or custom orders for return. Items must be returned within 14 days in original packaging and unopened. Please obtain a proof of posting as we cannot refund on lost items. This is then down to Royal Mail to refund to you.

Subscription Boxes: Our subscription boxes are non returnable and non refundable.
